Coin Math.............

Red Question - Does it matter how many pennie's there are?

For me it doesn't matter wether or not there are pennies, because you can find out the total of coins or the most common coin with out pennies even though in the picture there are pennies I don't think that the pennies really matter.

Blue Question - How full is the jar?

I think that the jar is about 3/4 full of coins.

Purple Question - What is the most common coin in the jar?

100$ =
(1 cent x 100) x 25 = 25$
(10 cents x 10) x 25 = 25$
(25 cents x 4) x 25 = 25$
(50 cents x 2) x 25 = 25$

100$=
(5 cent x 20) x 25 = 25$

(10 cents x 10) x 25 = 25$
(25 cents x 4) x 25 = 25$
(50 cents x 2) x 25 = 25
$

100$=
(1 cent x 100) x 20 = 20$
(5 cent x 20) x 20 = 20$

(10 cents x 10) x 20 = 20$
(25 cents x 4) x 20 = 20$
(50 cents x 2) x 20 = 20
$

So the answer is that if displayed equally with using either five cents, 1 cent or both there is no most common coin, because they are all equal.
