This is late but better late then never.

This is question 12.
12 a) explain how this graph is misleading.

The interval goes up by 100 and the highest vote is less than 200.

b) Based on the graph, what can you conclude about the outcome of the voting ?

That B's votes are pretty close to C's votes

c) Does the data support the claim made in the title? If not reword it to correct the misinformation.

The title is not correct , because the votes were not divided evenly three ways.The title can be - the vote results.
