Bob, Stephanie 816. Graphing

Heeeey Guuuuuys (;

3 Things I know about Graphing.

Number One)You need your labels:
A label on the top for title
A label at the bottom
& A label on the side

Number Two) You need to know your graphs:
Circle Graph: Are best for comparing categories to the whole using percents. The sum of the percents in a circle graph is 100%
Line Graph: Are best used for showing changes in data over time.
Bar Graph: Are best for comparing data across categories.
Double Bar Graph: Are best used for comparing two sets of data across categories.
Pictograph: Are best for comparing data that can be easily counted and represented using symbols.

Number three) What you need:
x axis
y axis
numbers
information.

One thing I can improve on is:
Have a paragraph and explaining my graph because I really don't like explaining.

* I think I did this wrong ...

  1. Good Job Stephanie! I liked that you have explained the type of graphs. Although you didn't leave enough information, it was well done!

  2. good job stephanie! you explained really well about what you know about graphing. is that the only thing you learn in graphing? what about misrepresenting the the data?..try explaining your graph even though you don't like explaining, because that test or asessment was for marks.

    GOOD JOB anyways,next time try not to use to much colors. use the colors for important words or sentences only.
