Heey (:
11. What is the square of each number?
9 and 11.
First you have to times 11 by 11 because you have to find the square of the number, Which makes the area of the square 81.
9=81
For the 11, you have to times 11 by 11 which makes you get 121.
11 = 121
13. What is the side length
of the square?
The side length has to times a number by a number to get the area.
So what number times itself gives us 49?
The answer is 7!
So 7 x 7 =49 so we put 7 as the measurements.
The homework for today is to do the number line and the text book work !!

ReplyDeleteGood Job Karra! Good job answering the questions. But you should have used more colors.
ReplyDeletekarra for question 11...you should check what you wrote...cuz it says that:
ReplyDelete--First you have to times 11 by 11 because you have to find the square of the number, Which makes the area of the square 81.--
*you mean times 9 by 9
could have added more colours
good job anyways;
Hey Karra, you did a very good job! I like how you used a picture but you should have explained things more clearer. Also, you should use ''multiply'' instead of ''times''. Overall you did very good!
ReplyDeletegood job karra, you messed up on question 11 like althea said
ReplyDeleteif you made how to do the steps in a different colour or in pictures this would be awesome
