How a guy stopped an Alien Invasion using Proportion

One day, an alien from another planet came to our planet. He is a scout from a planet that is looking to destroy planet earth. His computer will send a signal back to his planet if you don't solve 3 proportion questions and show how you did it with diagrams.

The alien, who fell from a ship, doesn't like humans or how they live
. It thinks that our way of life is too unorthodox. He thinks that anything that doesn't have the same practices as his species should die. One day, a brave human named Gaizka does a courageous act, he tries to save us by using math.

He then asks the aliens, ''Are you aliens mentally su
perior to us humans?''

He finds out that the aliens also talk engl
ish when the one alien says, ''We are far more advanced in every way you humans are.''

In a desperate attempt to save the humans,Gaizka tells them, ''If you can prove that you are smarter than us by asking us your hardest math questions without us bei
ng able to answer them correctly, then we will then let you destroy our planet and everything on it. If we answer the questions correctly, you and your kind have to leave our planet.''

The alien then accepts the challenge and asks them the first question:

''A breakfast cereal contains corn , wheat , and rice in the ratio of 3 to 4 to 2. If a box cereal contains 225 grams of corn, how much rice does it contain?''

Gaizka then finds a piece of paper he could use to solve the questions. He ends up writing this:

Gaizka answers the question by saying ''The box of cereal has 150 grams of rice.''

The alien then goes on to ask him the next question:
Two quarters have the same value as ten nickels. What is the value of five quarters in nickels?
Gaizka finds the answer by writing this:

He answers the question by saying ''Five quarters are equal to 25 Nickels.''

The alien is impressed and then asks him his most difficult question:

A gardener takes a half hour to mow and weed a lawn that measures 20 m by 15 m. He charges $25 per hour. How much should the gardener receive for a lawn that measures 40 m by 30 m?

Gaizka then starts to solve the question.

After doing some work , Gaizka answers the question by saying " The gardener receives fifty dollars for a lawn that measures 40m by 30m.

The alien is then stunned. He thought that he wouldn't be able to answer the question. He now thinks that humans are better than his kind. He and his species leave quietly with respect.

Gaizka and the humans celebrate by eating some cake.
The End.
